“ Yummy sushi! It was my first time trying Hachibei. Everything tastes good from tuna sashimi, Spicy Prawn Roll, to Salmond terriyaki combination, or miso soup. Their tea was decent too, 2 per pot. Easy parking, 2 hours parrking in front of the restaurant. This place is small but packed, seems like a hidden gem ”

“ It’s a small cozy Japanese restaurant famous in bento box. The value and food quality is at it’s 90’s. The most famous bento is black cod and it’s limited to one order for each table only. Seafood Tempura and sashimi don are on the daily special menu. It’s a surprise that the tempura were done in 3 different style and 3 different sauce for dipping. Not only the quality, its only 27. Tempura included two prawns, aji, salmon and eel. Sashimi don is salmon, toro and uni costs only 32. No wonder it’s full house all the time ”

“ Wonderful hole in the wall, not super busy but consistent flow of people for eat in and take out. I ordered the ginger pork and it was perfect. Great portion, great sides. Definitely thr only sushi place I've seen potato salad on the menu. The table next to me ordered green tea ice cream and it came on a taiyaki and looked fantastic. Would go back again. ”
